You’ll be working closely with one of our portfolio companies in the fintech sector as part of the Product Team within the Product Department. This company is a payment service provider that operates across Southeast Asia. This company processing >US$500m monthly across 10+ currencies by working with local payment gateways, aggregating the payment solutions as a one-stop solution for international businesses. We’re looking for individuals who are driven to create meaningful value, take full ownership of what they build, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the overall product vision and strategy, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers in Singapore and Jakarta, fostering collaboration and excellence.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate a detailed product roadmap that prioritises initiatives based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
  • Partner with engineering, design, data, and operations teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Use data-driven decision-making and customer discovery efforts to optimise platform performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure the platform’s scalability to handle increasing transaction volumes.
  • Oversee compliance with payment regulations, security standards, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the fintech or payments industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering digital products or platforms in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage workflows across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of payment gateways, APIs, and fintech ecosystems.
  • Experience scaling products in high-growth environments.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity, prioritise tasks effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.
