  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a proactive and organized Operation Distribution Support Intern to join our team.

In This Role, Your Task Will Include
  • Assist in developing reconciliation and monitoring processes for ATM activities.
  • Perform reconciliation and monitoring for Mandatory Learning, Block Leave, and training programs.
  • Support the follow-up process for Own Risk Claim.
  • Contribute to the development of monitoring WLTK, Pajak Reklame, and PBB.
  • Assist in the development of monitoring RBB office network.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Available and willing to start a 12-month internship in February 2025.
  • An active university student in any major with preference for Engineering (All) / Information Technology / Finance and Accounting / Business Administration / English Literature / Japanese Literature or have recently graduated within the past 3 months as of February 2025.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
  • Analytical and logical thinking abilities.
  • Willing to be present and work on-site at the office.
