  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement quality standards and procedures for all aspects of villa operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate repair work, ensuring that it is carried out efficiently and effectively by technicians/contractors.
  • Perform regular inspections of the villa facilities to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
  • Work closely with housekeeping and management to address maintenance issues promptly.
  • Keep track of maintenance supplies, facilities, and equipment for the property.
  • Handling guest check-in.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum bachelor's degree.
  • Have 3 years of experience in the same field.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer services oriented, creative, and initiative.
  • Good analytical thinking, problem-solving, and responsibility.
  • Understanding of hospitality quality standards (cleanliness, maintenance, guest service).
