Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a People Manager located in Denpasar, Indonesia at wówtravels. The People Manager will be responsible for overseeing developing the Company Culture, the recruitment, training, and development of the company's employees. Additionally, the People Manager will create and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, performance, and well-being.

Qualifications
  • Experience in recruitment, training, and employee development
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of employee engagement strategies
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
