  • Stay updated on the latest BMW technologies and service protocols to ensure the team is well-informed.

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the after-sales department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements as necessary.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, parts, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
