  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Management Intern to join our team.

In This Role, Your Tasks Will Include
  • Supporting Talent Management activities and arrangements.
  • Assisting with the implementation and coordination of the SL3 Talent Development Program.
  • Providing support for LEAD events.
  • Assisting the Talent Management Team in liaising with internal and external parties to prepare for TM programs.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Available and willing to start a 6-month internship in February 2025.
  • An active university student or have recently graduated within the past 3 months as of February 2025 in any major.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build good relationship with others.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with the ability to create reports and presentation decks.
  • Good command of English, both verbal and written.
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and demonstrates learning agility.
  • Proactive and innovative.
