Responsibilities

  • Identifying leads into prospects (potential strategic accounts) according to superiors' directions and documenting them in a database, to be followed up in future sales activities
  • Contacting and conducting regular visits to strategic accounts (existing and new) to create new needs and opportunities
  • Exploring solutions needs, communicating with other fields for needs assessments, and submitting assessment results to superiors as a basis for compiling product solutions proposals
  • Delivering product solution information/presenting product solutions proposals according to superiors' directions to strategic accounts, to provide knowledge about the benefits and specifications of the product solutions offered
  • Carrying out sales administration and monitoring the product solutions handover process, to ensure that product solutions can be used optimally by strategic accounts according to the agreement
  • Involved in joint planning session activities at strategic accounts, as a reference in creating new needs opportunities/opportunities for sales and maintaining good relationships and cooperation
  • Fostering, building, and managing good relationships with internal and external parties of the company (partners, vendors, and customers) including handling customer complaints quickly and thoroughly, to ensure customer satisfaction is met and maintaining ITSEC Team cooperation

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree all majors
  • Minimum 1 year in relevant field as sales security
