About the role:

The role is the front line of the Rukita team. We find the best solution for housing for everyone and help out potential tenants to match their needs with our thousands of properties nationwide using our best-in-class solution via impactful, value-driven outreach and great conversations. As an online sales associate, you become our sales force to ensure the positive growth to our business as well as supporting incoming requirements to housing demands.. You must have a passion for Sales and overall quality of product, keeping in mind that everything. As Online Sales Associate does is to contribute to the success of the overall Business Objective Rukita as a whole.

Key Duties:

  • Qualify inbound leads from different activation and follow up with the aim of booking property
  • Develop and maintain a high-quality lead funnel
  • Maintain high level of CRM hygiene by ensuring all customer interactions are updated and recorded in our CRM
  • Engaging with potential customer to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Set appointments and follow up on leads
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth experience and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively converting leads into customers.
  • Provide feedback to the team leaders on lead quality and engagement to help refine lead generation strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from any field
  • 2-3 Years in Customer Service, Sales, or Account Executive
  • Experience in direct selling products or services.
  • Willing to work shifting (including weekends)
  • Understand sales pipeline management and strive to achieve
  • High level of administrative & correspondence skills.
  • Exceptional organizational & multitasking skills.
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A commitment to quality, results, and details, as well as the ability to flawlessly multi-task and thrive under pressure and deadlines.
  • Has a passion for service, quality, and hospitality.
  • Bring critical thought and opinion — and embrace differences and disagreement to get things done and move forward
