You will be part of the early team to shape and accelerate the company's growth and be involved in the entire demand generation sales process, from early prospecting to engaging and creating opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach – Build and manage a pipeline of 50+ accounts daily through strategic prospecting, emails, and cold calls.
- Proactive Outbound Activities – Stay consistent and accountable with outreach efforts, including cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- Create Opportunities – Drive revenue growth by setting up qualified meetings and appointments with potential clients.
- Team Collaboration – Work closely with our Account Executives to ensure seamless sales processes.
- Stay Industry-Savvy – Keep up with SaaS trends and effectively communicate StaffAny’s value proposition to potential clients.
You are

- A strong communicator with energetic phone skills, excellent listening, and clear writing abilities.
- Competitive by nature while also valuing teamwork and collaboration.
- Disciplined in outbound prospecting, consistently meeting activity goals and staying accountable for your work.
- Excited to push beyond limits and achieve (or exceed) monthly targets.
- (Bonus) 2-3 years of experience in outbound sales, particularly in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of success.
- (Extra Bonus) Experience in HR/Productivity solutions for the F&B, Retail, or blue-collar industry.
