  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job description and key responsibilities:

  • Monitor top-up alert notifications and ensure timely processing in strict adherence to SLA requirements.
  • Oversee and analyze weekly and monthly top-up reports.
  • Conduct thorough top-up reconciliations, ensuring alignment between recorded data and bank statements while proactively resolving discrepancies.
  • Review, validate, and release transactions processed by team members to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage and analyze monthly settlement reports, ensuring accuracy.
  • Ensure adequate fund availability for settlements, proactively mitigating potential shortfalls.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to streamline financial operations and resolve escalated issues effectively.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring strict adherence to financial procedures, compliance standards, and SLA commitments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in financial operations, reconciliation, settlements, or treasury.
  • Familiar with internet banking as a releaser.
  • Experience in financial technology and knowledge of payments are preferred.
  • Has leadership and/or supervisory experience.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Business fluency in English and Bahasa.
  • Ability to interpret large amounts of data for reconciliation process.
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
