Job Overview: The Post Creative Strategist will play a pivotal role in shaping customer experience strategies that fuel creative success across digital platforms. You'll leverage data, research, and consumer insights to guide content, social, and influencer strategies. This role is about understanding the consumer and bringing that understanding to life in the creative process. You will work closely with creative teams to ensure strategies are relevant, actionable, and aligned with the brand’s vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience Strategy: Develop and implement end-to-end customer experience strategies, including research, vision, and design.
  • Strategic Solutions: Create strategic solutions across a range of areas—brand, social, content, and influencer strategies.
  • Insights from Data: Take an out-of-the-box perspective on data and research to unearth consumer insights that can inform creative strategies.
  • Marketing Fundamentals: Apply your strong understanding of marketing fundamentals to craft effective and relevant strategies.
  • Content Creation: Develop content calendars, caption banks, and trendjacking posts to stay ahead of trends and engage the audience.
  • Community Management: Use social listening and community management to understand people’s behaviors across platforms, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Creative Collaboration: Bring the consumer’s world to life for creative teams and clients by synthesizing qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Strategic Rationale: Articulate strategic ideas clearly, ensuring there’s a compelling rationale and logical flow to the strategy.
  • Deck Crafting: Be able to craft detailed, clear, and persuasive decks that showcase insights, strategies, and creative direction.

Required Qualifications:

  • Volume, Ideation & Listening: Ability to generate multiple strategy solutions and listen to evolving conversations to create actionable insights.
  • Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of industry trends and what works across different demographics.
  • Continuous Improvement: A mindset focused on constantly refining and improving strategies.
  • Community Advocate: Represent the community's voice in brand strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Creative Synergy: Collaborate effectively with creative teams, always bringing a "customer-first" perspective to the work.
