Job Responsibility:
• Responsible in customer retention.
• Provide service business analysis and recommend action plan.
• Lead dealer's action plan development and control the execution.
• Responsible in part retail sales and wholesales.
• Responsible in maintaining customer satisfaction Index Score.
• Analyze dealers' customer satisfaction report and recommend action plan.
• Compliance of standard process, facility, and manpower.
Requirement:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree from any field.
• At least 4 years of working experience handling area after sales from automotive industry.
• Required Skills: Basic dealer operation management, Advance communication skill, High Leadership skill.
• Certified Proven zone/district/area manager training and Business efficiency (Green Belt 6sigma or equivalent) will be an advantage.
