PepsiCo Indonesia is hiring a Reliability Asst. Manager who will play a key role in enhancing the performance and uptime of critical equipment and systems by developing and executing strategies to improve reliability and reduce downtime. This position involves conducting thorough failure analysis, implementing corrective actions based on Root Cause Analysis and optimizing maintenance practices through preventive, condition-based, and predictive maintenance techniques.
Responsibilities
Improve the reliability, availability, and maintainability of systems, equipment, and processes
Conduct reliability analysis & improvement by performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on failures and implement corrective actions
Define and improve preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime, Implement Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM), Develop inhouse CMMS to track & ensure 100% PM compliance
Build CBM & PdM by utilizing data from IoT sensors, vibration analysis, thermal imaging, etc
Lead, optimize & manage spare parts inventory based on failure rates. Initiated by developing and maintaining asset criticality rankings
Track equipment health using KPIs like Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR)
Develop reliability reports and engineering dashboards
Document failure trends and lessons learned for continuous improvement

Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in reliability engineering, with a track record in improving system reliability and equipment performance Strong analytical skills, with experience applying advanced troubleshooting methods to identify root causes of equipment failures
- Expertise in utilizing data analytics and failure analysis techniques to drive equipment reliability and process improvement
- Proficiency in designing and implementing maintenance strategies, including preventive, predictive, and condition-based approaches
- Hands-on experience with maintenance management software and tools, including CMMS
- Knowledge of industrial IoT technologies and the ability to leverage data from sensors, automation, and diagnostic tools for predictive maintenance
- Strong understanding of spare parts management, inventory control, and lifecycle asset management to support reliability goals
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in solving complex reliability issues and implementing improvement initiatives
- Excellent project management skills, with experience driving continuous improvement processes and tracking performance against objectives
