Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Associate/Lead – Business Services to take ownership of developing and growing our Business Services, particularly virtual office and corporate services. This role will require collaboration with internal teams currently managing inquiries, driving aggressive growth in client acquisition, identifying new markets and service offerings, and ensuring operational excellence in service delivery.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to aggressively grow GoWork’s Business Services, with a focus on virtual office and corporate services.
Collaborate with internal teams handling client inquiries to optimize lead conversion and enhance the customer experience.
Oversee client onboarding, ensuring smooth and professional service delivery throughout the client lifecycle.
Identify new market opportunities and develop innovative service offerings to address client needs and enhance GoWork’s value proposition.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing inquiries, gathering feedback, and identifying upselling opportunities.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to virtual office and corporate services in Indonesia.
Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and customer expectations.
Prepare and present performance reports, including key metrics, client insights, and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing, finance, and legal teams to align service development and promotional strategies.

Qualification needed:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field from reputable university, with GPA minimum 3.0.
2. At least 2 years of experience managing virtual office and corporate services, preferably in a virtual office or business services company.
Hard and soft skills needed:
1. In-depth understanding of legal and regulatory requirements for virtual office operations in Indonesia.
2. Proven ability to identify market opportunities and develop innovative service offerings.
3. Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving growth targets.
4. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to identify and act on growth opportunities.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
7. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
