Job Scope

This is for an advanced microscopy technology company originated from NUS with patented Optical Microsphere Nanoscope (OMN) technology, developed with NRF grant, to be commercialized into super-resolution optical microscope products and business.

Sales Engineer shall be responsible for

• In charge creating sales pipeline from lead generation, sales engagement, negotiation to closing.

• Implementation of strategic sales plans to meet corporate growth objectives.

• Conduct market research to exploring in lead generation and evaluate customer needs actively.

• Maintaining a collaborative and constructive exchange as an integral part of product & marketing team.

• Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations of products to customers and prospective customers.

• Evaluate and understand complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level.

• Provide technical training to customers and partners.

• Maintaining and improving leads records in CRM timely and

accurately manner.

• Provide feedback to Product Management & Sales Manager

(Singapore) on feature requests, product enhancements, and market trends.

• Any other adhoc job assigned.

Proposed Experience and qualification:

• Required 3-5 years of experience in Sales Engineering or similar.

• Candidate must at least possess Degree/Diploma in any, engineering or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

• Relevant working experience in B2B technical sales and possessed in cold calling skill will be added advantage

• Ability to work independently with a sense of initiative

• Strong sense of motivation to driving sales KPI and ability of handle rejection

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft tools (MS Excel, words and ppt)
