Introduction

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Senior CRM Specialist to strategize, develop and execute localized, compelling CRM strategies that to increase business growth and drive user growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM platform and best practices, with the ability to analyze data and optimize performance.

In this Role, you’ll get to:

  • Develop, plan, and execute localized CRM strategy to increase market growth and improve user growth of Indonesia market
  • Design and implement targeted CRM campaigns across email newsletters and app push notifications to drive customer retention and cross-selling opportunities
  • Analyze and optimize key CRM metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates as well as user growth metrics
  • Conduct competitive CRM analysis to strategize actionable plans and recommend improvements
  • Update on industry & trends to identify new opportunities and growth
  • Performing other duties when needed

What you'll Need to Succeed:

  • A minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3-5 years with proven experiences in CRM role
  • OTA is preferred or E-commerce background
  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision making
  • Experience in using email marketing platforms and automation tools
  • Creative to produce localized and effective CRM that fit to Indonesia market
  • Good in English (written and verbal) to work in multicultural working environment
  • Good teamwork spirit, multitasking and quickly adapt to fast-paced environment and the rapid changes of business conditions.
