Sustainability Assistant Manager (Mandarin Speaker)
Aligned with company’s vision, we are looking for an Indonesian talented mandarin speaker to become the part of our impactful sustainability journey on championing DSI’s sustainability goals. The selected candidate will be a part of a newly established ESG Office team member based in Jakarta Office. This is a full-time role for sustainability assistant manager, and she/he is going to work closely together with ESG (Sustainability) Manager and will have opportunities to get enormous sustainability trainings, seminars and forums while together with the team simultaneously oversee environmental, social, and governance aspects of the company’s operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and sustainable practices.
Responsibilities
Verbal and written Chinese translation and ensure sustainability-related report and information are transferred very well to the targeted listeners and readers in formal meeting and other related occasions
Assist Indonesian sustainability manager in promoting sustainability initiatives to departments internally as well as addressing challenge in sustainability ratings, awards, certifications and other external stakeholders’ expectations, standards and requirements
Support Indonesian sustainability manager to engage and communicate with external parties on sustainability events such as with government, local community, associations, partners and other relevant parties
Support sustainability data collection and development of published annual sustainability report, internal reports and other related administrative reports
Qualifications
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (Speaking, Reading, Listening)
Bachelor's degree in any major from reputable university (graduated from Chinese university is an advantage)
Passionate in sustainability especially in social and or environmental issues
Working experience more than 2 (two) years in multinational companies
Proactive, self-motivated, fast learner, dynamics, team worker, detail-oriented, high willingness to learn
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to operate, MS office, Excel, Power Points
