Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Serpong for a Project Executive. The Project Executive will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion. They will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and partners to drive project execution and success.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development and management of project plans
  • Monitor and track project progress
  • Identify and Mitigate Risks
  • Support the management of budget and resources.
  • Communicate Business Requirements to stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to the Project Executive.
  • Conduct Business Analysis.
  • Gather and analyze requirements
  • Develop document business requirements
  • Create Functional Specification

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  • Min 1 years of experience as Business Analyst in Healthcare Environment
  • Project management skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
