- Merchant Leads Generation (Distributors, Wholesalers, F&B Brands, Horeca, Partners)
- Work closely with sales teams to align offline marketing efforts with merchant acquisition strategies.
- Organize merchant onboarding roadshows, trade events, and distributor meetups to drive adoption.
- Develop and execute localized marketing campaigns in key regions to attract merchants.
- Set up Horeca demo days, and direct sampling programs to introduce new merchants to our products.

- Support merchants with POS displays, marketing collaterals, and in-store branding to boost sell-through.
- Provide on-site training and product education for distributor and Horeca staff.
- Trade Promotions & Brand Visibility in Horeca & Distribution Networks
- Execute seasonal trade promotions with distributors and wholesalers to drive bulk purchases.
- Plan in-store activations, banner placements, and sampling campaigns in Horeca outlets.
- Organize F&B networking events, industry roundtables, and exclusive tasting experiences for merchants.
- Represent the brand in key trade shows, Horeca summits, and distributor expos.
- Provide marketing toolkits and training for distributors and partners to improve product positioning.
- Run business workshops and Horeca growth sessions to help merchants scale with our products
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (MBA is a plus).
- Has 3+ years of experience in Brand, Trade, or Product Marketing (F&B, FMCG, Horeca).
- Experienced in offline marketing, trade promotions, and merchant engagement.
- Collaborates with sales teams, distributors, wholesalers, and Horeca partners.
- Skilled in event planning, POS displays, sampling programs, and joint promotions.
- Uses market analysis and consumer insights to optimize strategies.
- Strong in stakeholder management, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.
