Job Description

Assisting in all preparation of food items in assigned galley areas as indicated in the menu plan, recipes and methods as assigned, in accordance with Operational Manual, USPH / HACCP standards and company standards

Job Qualification

  • Knowledge of different type of ingredients (vegetables, sauces, meats, fish, poultry, etc.)
  • Knowledge and skills in handling kitchen utensil and equipment, especially knife handling

High school

Age

19 - 35 years old

Experience

1 years

Preferably with Passport, Seaman's Book, and BST
