About The Role:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Easylink Indonesia in Jakarta. The role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, ensuring smooth payment processes, and providing exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in remittance or payment gateway customer service, be tech-savvy, and have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Summarize daily conversations from Omni-channel platforms and update reports in Google Sheets.
- Monitor payment SLA, follow up with partners, and communicate updates to users.
- Provide knowledgeable assistance on account setup, product features, transaction inquiries, and technical issues.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and compliance teams to enhance the customer experience and support product improvements.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Representative, preferably in remittance, payment gateway, or financial services.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, ticketing systems, and other relevant customer service platforms.
- Ability to manage customer interactions across multiple channels (chat, email, phone).
- Knowledge of financial transactions, SLA monitoring, and customer verification processes.
- Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Additional foreign language skills are a plus.
