Job Overview:
As a Livestreamer for our eCommerce platform, you will play a key role in driving sales and building a strong community of customers through live streaming events. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging, informative, and entertaining live shows that highlight the features of our used smartphones, answer customer questions, and close sales in real-time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Host and manage live-streaming events across various platforms (e.g., Shopee Live, Facebook Live, TikTok Live etc).
- Present and demonstrate the features of our used smartphones, including showcasing their condition, performance, and value.
- Answer customer questions in real-time during live broadcasts, providing expert knowledge about product specs, quality checks, and customer service.
- Engage with the live audience, building excitement and fostering a community atmosphere.
- Create compelling content that drives sales, through promotions, limited-time offers, and product demos.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align on product releases, promotions, and livestream schedules.
- Use interactive tools and techniques (polls, giveaways, quizzes, etc.) to drive engagement and customer participation.
- Monitor customer feedback and respond to inquiries promptly, ensuring an exceptional live-stream shopping experience.
- Track and report key performance metrics from livestreams (e.g., views, conversions, audience engagement) and suggest improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in livestream shopping and smartphone technology.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in live streaming, content creation, or eCommerce sales is a plus.
- Proficient verbal and written English skills.
- Comfortable on camera and able to speak confidently and clearly about products.
- Passionate and knowledgeable about smartphones, including their features, specs, and typical issues with used devices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport with an online audience.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with live streaming platforms and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passionate about customer service and delivering a great shopping experience.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends for live streaming events, depending on the schedule.
