Requirements:

- Experienced from leasing company is a plus.

What will you do:
- Working together with client and personnel to solve conflicts and help facilitate positive employee relations, maintain a good working environment and people quality.
- To monitor the outsourcing employee’s performance especially for their respective area (area of responsibility if necessary).
- To approach the outsourcing employees to solve fraud cases.
- To perform anti fraud & training program periodically based on company regulations or SOP of company / clients.
- To support the process of fulfillment MP which build the collaboration with other parties to get the candidates and perform the selection process.
- To do process of employee’s administration & legality process on local DISNAKER.
- To do the onboarding process for new employees.
- To do the training, coaching & counseling for outsourcing employees.
- To coordinate & communicate with the leaders of local clients about fulfillment of MP, employee’s performance. result & working process with the approach of deduction number of fraud.
