Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented R&D Executive to contribute to the development and improvement of our products, processes, and technologies. As an R&D Executive, you will play a vital role in conducting research, analyzing data, testing concepts, and ensuring that projects meet technical and commercial requirements. Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and quality assurance, to align R&D efforts with business objectives.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, or external research partners as needed.
- Ensure that all R&D activities comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, sustainability, or process optimization.
- Stay updated on advancements in technology, materials, and industry practices to incorporate into R&D efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology.
- Proven experience in a research and development role or similar position (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of R&D principles, product development processes, and testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of the specific industry related to the company’s products or services (e.g., pharmaceuticals, food, etc.).
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the industry.
- Experience in sustainability initiatives or green product development.
