Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented R&D Executive to contribute to the development and improvement of our products, processes, and technologies. As an R&D Executive, you will play a vital role in conducting research, analyzing data, testing concepts, and ensuring that projects meet technical and commercial requirements. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to identify areas of opportunity.
  • Analyze customer needs and preferences to inform product development and innovation.
  • Develop new products, technologies, or processes from concept to implementation.
  • Work on improving existing products and processes to enhance quality, efficiency, or performance.
  • Design and execute experiments to evaluate new ideas, materials, or processes.
  • Prepare detailed reports, including experimental results, technical documentation, and project updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and quality assurance, to align R&D efforts with business objectives.
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, or external research partners as needed.
  • Ensure that all R&D activities comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction, sustainability, or process optimization.
  • Stay updated on advancements in technology, materials, and industry practices to incorporate into R&D efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology.
  • Proven experience in a research and development role or similar position (1-3 years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of R&D principles, product development processes, and testing methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of the specific industry related to the company’s products or services (e.g., pharmaceuticals, food, etc.).
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the industry.
  • Experience in sustainability initiatives or green product development.
