Job Summary :

We are seeking a Sales Marketing Officer to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives to promote our digital services for motor vehicle document management. This is a hands-on role that will require you to collaborate across departments, manage customer accounts, develop marketing strategies, and support business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales & Marketing Strategy :

  • Assist in the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness.
  • Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitor activities to recommend actionable insights for improving marketing and sales tactics.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials (e.g., brochures, website content, presentations) that effectively communicate the value of our services.

Customer Outreach & Lead Generation :

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Follow up with leads, convert them into customers, and maintain an active pipeline of prospects.

Collaborative Work :

  • Work closely with the sales team, product development, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive communication and delivery of services.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for new product ideas or market initiatives.

Qualifications :

Education :

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Knowledge :

  • Sales & Marketing : Basic understanding of sales strategies, customer relationship management, and marketing tactics. Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.
  • Financial Understanding : Familiarity with basic accounting principles, including managing budgets, processing invoices, and handling accounts payable transactions.
  • Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and financial data to make informed decisions.
  • Digital Marketing : Understanding of digital platforms, social media marketing, and email campaigns is preferred.
  • Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and persuasive marketing content.
  • CRM & Software Tools : Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
