Studev (PT Sinar Edukasi Nusantara) is an Edu-tech start-up dedicated to developing the skills of the younger generation, especially those aspiring to pursue education abroad. Studev offers various learning programs both online and offline to assist the younger generation in achieving their dreams. Studev's learning programs include scholarship guidance, IELTS (International English Language Testing System) training, as well as TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) iBT and TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) ITP training, among various other group and private programs. Studev's primary goal is to empower the younger generation by providing essential facilities and support to enhance their academic abilities, thereby helping improve their chances of pursuing education abroad and realizing their dreams.

Job Descriptions :

1. Oversee the implementation of running classes with the academic team.

2. Set operational performance targets and ensure their achievement.

3. Manage human resources (tutors and staff), including recruitment, and performance evaluation.

4. Ensure the availability and quality of required learning materials.

5. Coordinate with various divisions including the Board of Directors to ensure smooth operations.

6. Build and maintain good relationships with partners, vendors and other external parties.

7. Monitor operational performance on a regular basis and identify areas for improvement.

8. Handle complaints or problems related to operations.

9. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

2. Proven experience (typically 1-2 years or more) in operations management, preferably in the education or technology sector. Experience in an Edutech environment is highly desirable.

3. Demonstrated success in managing teams, budgets, and operational processes.

4. Experience with curriculum development, online learning platforms, or educational technology is a strong advantage.
