The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

Minimum Required Skills
Fluency in English
Excellent communication skills to include verbal, written and listening
Ability to communicate complex concepts and issues effectively, selecting appropriate regional language and tone
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to clearly document work performed
Demonstrated work ethic, self-disciplined and professional demeanor
