  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Requirements :

- Has Experience 1 - 2 years related to NOC
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG).
- Basic understanding of firewalls, routers, switches, and other networking hardware.
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and server configurations.

Job Descriptions:

- Monitor the health and performance of network devices, servers, and applications.
- Identify, log, and escalate incidents or problems related to network connectivity, server performance, and other IT systems.
- Provide initial diagnosis of network faults and offer simple troubleshooting steps.
- Respond to alerts generated by monitoring tools and assist with ticket management.
- Perform basic configuration and maintenance tasks under supervision.
- Document technical issues and resolutions to maintain accurate records.
- Ensure network uptime and performance meets Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with senior engineers for incident resolution and escalations.
