  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Tech M Indonesia is looking for CRM Application Lead to ensure smooth running of CRM, Batch Operations in production environments and ensuring its availability.

The suitable person should have hands on experience with Siebel CRM.

Managerial/Strategic Responsibilities

Meetings with Management, Application Team, Planned Work (ORT Team)

Meeting with IT Team for any concerns related to the Production.

Provide inputs to Solution Design Team and Architecture Team based on lessons learnt in production support

Operational Responsibilities

Ensure high availability and minimal unplanned application downtime

Ensure quality resolution of Incidents under L1, within Service Levels and KPI targets agreed

Identify and highlight risks, if any, during production deployments for large transformation programs

Manage team of SMEs of respective application specialists

Monthly Application Governance Reports to Management team, on overall production environment performance

Planned Work Defect Tracking Report

Sub-Contractor management for production Issues/performance improvement

Support infra operations teams, in estimation and capacity planning

Manage escalations, delays and risks for high availability of applications

Team management and team’s performance management

Timely closure of all severity issues and verifying the RCA submitted by respective SME

Desired Soft Skill-

  • Experience 8+ years of experience in configuration, Deployment and fine-tuning Siebel CRM
  • Siebel 7.8, IP17, IP19.x hands-on experience
  • Responsible for managing and optimizing our CRM infrastructure.
  • Administer Siebel CRM systems and maintain system stability.
  • Ensure smooth operations of telecom fulfilment processes.
  • Requires a strong understanding of Siebel CRM and telecom operations.
  • Technical proficiency in system administration is essential.
  • Technical Skills
  • Experience in working with OS Sun/ Linux/ Windows
  • Excellent understanding of Siebel Enterprise Architecture
  • Understanding of Siebel Best Practices
  • Hands on experience on Siebel configuration (UI Layer, BO Layer and Data object layer)
  • Expert in workflow and eScript, ELK
  • Hands on experience in configuring Inbound and Outbound web services, JMS configuration and REST APIs
  • Experience in Siebel Open UI (PM and PR)
  • Hands on experience on configuring Assignment Manager criteria and WL Distribution
