Your Future Role

The Data Analyst will play a key role in supporting Pipedrive CRM data and establishing best practices for managing a data warehouse. This position requires working with data from various sources, including Oracle NetSuite (spanning financial, manufacturing, supply chain, and demand planning data), Pipedrive CRM, and additional systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and optimizing reporting models that deliver actionable business insights, ensuring effective data management and streamlined reporting across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Management & Pipedrive CRM Support: Provide ongoing support for Pipedrive CRM data integration, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Manage the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data between Pipedrive CRM and other internal systems. Develop and maintain Pipedrive CRM-specific reports and dashboards that provide insights into sales, customer interactions, and sales pipeline health.
  2. Data Warehouse Development & Management: Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of a data warehouse that consolidates data from multiple sources (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, Pipedrive CRM). Collaborate with business and technical teams to define data requirements and design data models that support business reporting and decision-making. Implement and manage ETL processes to centralize and integrate data from diverse systems, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility across departments.
  3. Reporting & Data Modelling: Design, build, and maintain customized reports and dashboards to meet the diverse reporting needs of the business, including financial, manufacturing, supply chain, demand planning, and CRM data. Analyse data from Oracle NetSuite, Pipedrive CRM, and other sources to generate actionable insights and improve operational efficiency across the company. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure reports align with business goals.
  4. Data Quality & Governance: Implement data validation and quality assurance processes to ensure that all data is accurate, consistent, and compliant with company standards. Establish and maintain data governance policies and procedures to protect data security and maintain data integrity. Perform regular audits of data and reporting tools to identify discrepancies and address any issues promptly.
  5. Continuous Improvement & Best Practices: Identify and recommend opportunities to automate and streamline data management and reporting processes. Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to support the continuous improvement of the company’s data capabilities. Assist in adopting best practices for data modelling, data governance, and reporting across the organization.
  6. Collaboration & Training: Work closely with cross-functional teams (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and sales) to understand data needs and deliver reporting solutions. Provide training and ongoing support to end-users on data visualization tools, reporting processes, and interpretation of key insights

Qualifications:

  1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  2. Professional Experience: Proven experience as a Data Administrator, Data Analyst, or similar role, with expertise in CRM data (preferably Pipedrive) and enterprise systems such as Oracle NetSuite. Experience working with financial, manufacturing, supply chain, and demand planning data is highly desirable.
  3. Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau). Hands-on experience with data warehousing concepts, including ETL processes, data modelling, and integration across multiple systems. Experience with data warehouse platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google Big Query, Microsoft Azure) and integration tools. Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. Experience with automation tools and data pipelines.
  4. Analytical and Reporting Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data sets into clear and actionable insights. Experience in designing and implementing reporting solutions and dashboards for diverse business functions.
  5. Data Governance and Security: Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices for data security and privacy.
  6. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to improving data workflows. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
