Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Purchasing at HOCO GROUP in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Head of Purchasing will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, supplier negotiation, procurement, and supply chain management on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

  • Purchasing Processes and Procurement skills (especially in building materials and manufacture)
  • Supplier Negotiation expertise
  • Supply Chain Management knowledge
  • Experience handle import process
  • Experience with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
