Business Strategy & Leadership:
- Developing and executing the business strategy, including expansion plans, brand positioning, and marketing.
- Leading consistent growth in line with company goals while adapting strategies to the local market.
- Expanding product categories to meet local demands and maintain a competitive edge.
- Managing the P&L, focusing on long-term growth and user retention.
- Representing the company in building relationships across private, public, and government sectors.
- Staying ahead of market trends and identifying emerging opportunities.
- Leading initiatives to attract talent across various service categories, positioning the company as a one-stop shop for services.
- Overseeing business performance to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals.
- Working with product and management teams to maintain high platform standards.
- Implementing systems and processes that drive growth and quality.
- Collaborating closely with the headquarters to ensure strategic alignment and smooth operations.
- Traveling to headquarters at least twice a year for key business meetings and team engagement.
- 7-10 years of leadership experience, ideally in business strategy, marketing, or commercial roles.
- Proven track record in driving growth, market entry, and business expansion.
- Solid understanding of the e-commerce space and local market dynamics.
- A strong network and excellent communication skills to forge lasting relationships.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
