Tasks & Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing strategic plans to reach monthly and yearly target setting, strategic directions, and club performance reviews.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer and student relationships within the department.
- Cross-functional collaboration with (Academics, Service, Marketing, Finance, and Design) to better understand the business needs and goals
- Seek new business opportunities (expansion).
- Support new club opening (from development to Opening)
- Assuring the club compliance with Headquarter SOP
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a strategic plan for the area, aligning it with the overall company strategy. Monitor and adjust the plan as necessary to achieve performance targets.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage operational and academic teams.
- Training and Development: Providing training and coaching to team or individual sales professionals to enhance their skills, techniques, and product knowledge. This may include workshops, seminars, role-playing exercises, and one-on-one mentoring sessions
- Financial Management: Oversee the budgeting and financial performance of the area, ensuring that revenue and expense targets are met. Make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.
- Sales and Business Development: Drive sales growth and business development initiatives within the area. Identify opportunities for expansion of the new club.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure that all operational processes and procedures are efficient, compliant, and aligned with company standards. Implement best practices to optimize workflows.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Use this information to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
- Reporting: Make and provide regular reports to the company, detailing the area's performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic goals.
- Relationship and Communication: Maintain effective communication with the company, all clubs, and the Kiddo Indonesia Team, to ensure alignment and coordination.
