  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 6 years of experience for the job of Project Support Team Leader with Oracle Fusion module experience. The job is based in Jakarta Area, Indonesia.

Responsibility:

- Manage the financial lifecycle of projects, including cost analysis, budget updates, and adherence to contract terms.

- Utilize Oracle Fusion tools for efficient financial processes and accurate data management.

- Oversee accounts receivable through streamlined billing and collection activities.

- Generate financial reports and analyze project performance to deliver key insights.

- Identify potential financial risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with policies.

- Lead and mentor the Project Support team to foster a high-performing and efficient work environment.

- Collaborate with project and finance teams to align financial objectives with project goals.

- Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders regarding progress and timelines.

Candidate's Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field

- Minimum 6 years of experience in project finance or a related field, including 2+ years in a leadership role with Oracle Fusion module experience

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools

- Knowledge of project costing, budgeting, forecasting, billing, WIP, debt, and revenue recognition principles

- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and deliver insights

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
