- Do claim analysis, especially travel insurance claim.
- Communication with external parties (brokers, business partners, TPA).
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree with 3 years experience as Claim Analyst specifically Travel, Personal Accident or Health Insurances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to managing tasks and responsibilities.
- Excellent Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills
- Proficient in English (Speaking, Reading & Writing).
- Experienced in communicate and collaborate with TPA team
- Familiar with CARE system
- Has A3IK Certification is a plus
