As a Accounting, Finance, & Tax Specialist, you will be responsible to oversee and manage our financial operations. This role combines financial management, accurate bookkeeping,and compliance with tax regulations to ensure the company's finance health and adherence to legal standards.

Job Description:

  • Manage and analyze financial reports, budgets, and cash flow to suppport decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial closing processes.
  • Prepare and file tax reports in compliance with local and national regulations.
  • Stay updated with changes in tax laws and implement adjustments as needed.
  • Develop and maintain effective financial policies and internal controls.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Associate or Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Preferably having at least 1-2 years' experience in Accounting/Finance/Tax operations background including reviewing and posting the transactions.
  • Fresh graduate with intern experience are welcome.
  • Understand and be able to read financial statement. Also, having the knowledge on the impact on any transaction to the financial statement.
  • Familiar with tax calculation on transactions between B2B and B2C.
  • Proficiency in Accounting software (e.g., Mekari Jurnal.id) and Microsoft Excel/Google Spreadsheet.
  • Proficiency using tax platrform (e.g., e-Faktur, e-SPT).
  • Able to operate internet banking.
  • Able to work under pressure and in accounting operations environment. Possessing an outstanding integrity is a must.
  • Will be a plus to have a certificate in Brevet A/B
  • Domiciled in Jogjakarta & willing to fully WFO.
