Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for FAW Dump Truck Service Advisor located in Pegangsaan Dua, North Jakarta, Indonesia. The Service Advisor will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer-focused service, handling customer service inquiries, maintaining communication with customers, and managing aftersales processes.

Qualifications

  • Trucks spare parts and service knowledge is a must
  • Aftersales knowledge and experience
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer-focused Service skills
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
