What You´ll Do
  • Executes local sales plans (short, mid, long term) in line with SBU strategy to maintain and develop existing / acquire new customers thru group selling activities (workshop, survey, trial, training, etc.)
  • Executes customer roadmap and manages / closes respective CRM tool (ACE) growth opportunities.
  • Executes pricing actions.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with customers and distributors.
  • Provides input to Manager on customer needs, business trends, competitive situations in territory by weekly & monthly report.
  • Coordinates with TCS to conduct line trials / (re)solve customer requests and complaints.
  • Delivers KP OSG and PC % in territory / at defined account.

What makes you a good fit

  • Makassar (Sulawesi) based, familiar with Sulawesi industrial areas.
  • Min 4 years' experience in technical sales, preferable experience in handling customers for particular market segment: mining / petrochemical / power plant / cement.
  • Engineering educational background (mechanical/chemical/industrial/electrical)
  • Experience or use to conduct seminar/workshop/presentation – public speaking skill. Independent, discipline, communication skill & fast response.
  • Value selling mindset.
  • Coordination skill & team-work capabilities: internal (marketing, channel, technical, other support team), external (distributor)
