- Main Responsibilities:
1. Implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets;
2. Manage the sales team, including training, fraud risk prevention, and new employee
induction;
3. Coordinate cross-departmental work to ensure consistency between sales activities and
marketing plans;
4. Analyze market trends and competitive environment to provide direction and support to
the sales team;
5. Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance;
6. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key customers;
7. Solve customer problems and complaints to increase customer satisfaction;
8. Report sales performance and market information to the City Manager and other
management;
Requirements:
1. College degree or equivalent;
2. More than one year experiencee In Multifinance Company;
3. Good Communication skill In Indonesia and English;
4. Strong execution and market sensitivity
