  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As a Technical Support Engineer at Folks Automation, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance to clients, ensuring smooth operation and integration of Folks Automation’s PLC and IoT-based automation solutions. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, training, and offering expert guidance on industrial automation systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and onsite for customers using PLC and IO Module products
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and integration of products with customer systems
  • Provide technical training and create documentation related to the use and maintenance of products
  • Conduct product testing and provide feedback to the development team
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customers' technical needs and offer appropriate solutions
  • Provide & Create all Technical and Engineering Documet related on Project Work
  • Conduct Survey, Installation, Commissioning, and Service to Customer Site if needed

Qualifications

  • D3/S1 degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field
  • Fresh Graduates or candidates with experience in the automation industry or related fields are welcome to apply
  • Deep knowledge and Practical skill Programming of PLCs, 10 Modules, HMI, SCADA, and industrial automation systems
  • Ability to quickly analyze and solve technical problems.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience in providing technical training and creating technical documentation.
  • Ability to create Control Schematic Diagrams (E-Plan), P&ID (CAD), etc
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites when needed (Installation/Service/Commissioning/Survey)
  • Programming for lot purposes such as Node-Red is Preferred
