Job Description
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
- Be the first point of contact throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Ensure smooth communication and problem-solving between clients and internal teams
- Identify potential clients, projects, and market opportunities to grow Doka’s market share
- Analyze market potential and construction methodologies to develop tailored solutions
- Prepare and present proposals that meet client needs and expectations
- Implement sales strategies to reach sales targets
- Utilize excellent presentation and negotiation skills to close sales and achieve sales targets
- Cold call potential leads and manage client inquiries effectively
- Promote Doka’s products in a professional manner to attract new business
- Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, operations, finance) to ensure seamless project execution
- Monitor the progress of projects and address any issues that arise, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Ensure client requirements are met in terms of project deliverables, payment terms, and final account closure
- Maintain accurate customer records and status updates in Doka’s in-house systems
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance procedures, and local laws
- Follow internal sales regulations and processes to ensure consistent performance and accountability
- Ensure that accounts are properly closed and payments are received in full
- Collaborate with accounts to ensure payment terms are clear and followed by clients
- A degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with 5 years of relevant working experience in the formwork or construction industry
- Strong technical knowledge and experience, including proficiency in MS Office and technical drawing software
- Proven track record in sales, with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding targets
- Highly motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and drive revenue
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations tailored to the needs of different audiences
- Strong understanding of contract management, including experience in creditworthiness checks, insolvency issues, and supplementary invoice management
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive business growth
- Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships
