Assistant Quality System Engineer will responsible of implementation, lead and manage all the related to quality in the production process: quality process optimization , product quality control, quality process control . Deal and manage quality incidents: root cause analysis, management of non-conformance product , definition of actions plan for improve product and process quality.

Job Responsibility:

  • Creating, implementing, evaluating procedures, policies, and activities related to maintaining Integrated Management System (Halal, ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRC Packaging, FSC & PEFC, FDA, BPOM)
  • Developing and implementing standards for inspection (Food Safety & Quality Plan)
  • Conduct training for all related function/department related to Integrated Management System (Halal, ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRC Packaging, FSC & PEFC, FDA, BPOM)
  • Organize and support implementation, verification, validation, and certification related to Integrated Management System (Halal, ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRC Packaging, FSC & PEFC, FDA, BPOM)
  • Internal audit for integrated system for plant
  • Ensure that all systems and policies above are well implemented
  • Document control
  • Enhance business process model
  • Assist customer audit
  • Support external product test and quality compliance

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidates must possess at least a college or bachelor's degree in MIPA, Chemical, Mechanical , Industrial or related major
  • 3-5 years experience as Quality System Management Engineer, preferably Food Manufacturer background
  • Familiar with continuous improvement tools . 6sigma certification and experience with testing methodologies will prove useful
  • In-depth understanding of Quality Management System
  • Proficiency in use of office tools and data analysis
  • Knowledge of printing/ slitting / packaging/ extrusion process will be considered as a plus
  • Placement: Cikande - Serang (shuttle bus provided)
