Your qualifications and skills:

Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role for at least 6 consecutive months

Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to understand products and explain them to prospective customers

Conduct sales ethically, recommending products relevant to user needs

Be a self-starter and proactive in managing time and targets

High attention to detail and accuracy on data recording

Have a competitive edge and thrive in a team environment

Minimum able to speak basic English, however, MUST be able to write in English

Preferable telemarketing/telesales experience industry: insurance, banking, telecommunication
