Job Objective:
To oversee and direct the business analysis process for key IT project in the insurance industry by ensuring precise requirement gathering, detailed documentation, and successful implementation. Focus on aligning technology solutions with business strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and maintaining strong vendor and stakeholder relationships.
Job Description
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects/products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.
- Lead the creation of requirements and functional specification of system in the project in documents and user stories.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables of IT products in collaboration with project team.
- Develop test plans, strategies, and approaches based on project requirements, timelines, and resources available. Define testing objectives, scope, and deliverables in alignment with project goals to ensure good quality delivery of the project, including (but not limited to) test strategy, SIT, development of UAT scenarios and test cases, UAT preparation and implementation
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of test plans, test cases, test results, and other relevant artifacts. Generate test reports, metrics, and dashboards to track progress and communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, external vendors throughout the SDLC, ensuring clear communication, understanding of business requirements, and alignment between project requirements and timelines.
- Provide Guidance and Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including internal IT teams, vendors, and business users to facilitate smooth project execution and problem resolution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including requirements, plans, and progress reports
- Coordinate with external vendors or service providers to ensure they meet project requirements and deliverables
