Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Reservations Manager located in Kuta Untara. The Reservations Manager will be responsible for handling reservations, providing exceptional customer service, communicating with guests, driving sales, and training staff on reservation procedures.

  • Strong skills in Reservations, Customer Service, and Communication
  • Experience in Sales and Training
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in reservation management systems
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
