Main Responsibilities:

  1. Provide travel quotations and follow up with customers on airline tickets, hotels, visas, and other travel-related services.
  2. Ensure all bookings and reservations comply with company standards and procedures.
  3. Accurately follow instructions and established guidelines to complete assigned tasks.
  4. Assist clients with essential travel documents, destination information, and travel guides.
  5. Deliver high-quality, personalized luxury travel experiences with attention to detail and exceptional customer service.
  6. Maintain accurate records and provide consistent, detailed reports to supervisors and management.
  7. Identify and report any system limitations or operational issues to the direct supervisor.

Qualifications:

  1. A diploma (D3/D4) or bachelor’s degree (S1) in Tourism Management or a related field is preferred.
  2. At least 1 year of experience in ticketing and/or reservations within a travel agency, hotel, or the hospitality and tourism industry is preferred.
  3. Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian (spoken and written).
  4. Proficiency in computer applications, strong analytical and numerical skills.
  5. A professional, service-oriented personality with strong interpersonal skills, polite, charming, and confident.
  6. Ability to work both independently and within a team, adaptable to shifting schedules, responsible, problem-solving, honest, and disciplined.
  7. Based in Bali, Indonesia
