Responsibilities
- Looking for new customers (accounts) and following up on the needs of existing customers
- Become a point of contact with customers to help with business needs
- Conducting meetings with customers, identifying opportunities and closing sales, and collaborating with internal teams on the customer side
- Preparing sales quotations, contracts, reports, and serving customer feedback
- Preparing solutions to solve customer problems by investigating problems and offering solutions
- Generate new sales revenue, increase customer satisfaction and maximize penetration to ensure ROl can be achieved.
Qualifications
- Candidate must process at least Bachelor's Degree from any major
- At least 1 year of working experience in related field is required for this position (Telecommunication or Internet Service Provider company)
- Able to make presentations with corporate clients, sales strategy, negotiation, and persuasive communication
