We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Staff Credit Approval (Cards).
Responsibilities:
To be responsible for credit approval process, review and take decision of the WPB credit cards applications, The job holder will work closely with Manager CCS UWS credit decision to implement efficient strategies to maximize card portfolio related profitability within a challenging growth environment. Demonstrate leadership on Regulatory & Compliance matters. Maintain and observe internal control standards, implement and observe Internal Compliance Policy, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators. Maintain minimum Error Rate related to Credit Decision at lowest level in accordance with credit policy. Improve quality of approved decision by ensuring minimum number of Potential Skip and Fraud accounts. Ensure applications are completed within Service Level Agreement within credit analyst processing time. Achieve Credit Decision productivity target to support business growth. Proactively came with solutions and ideas on process improvement within credit operation unit, to ensure that positive customer experience is maximized, and that TAT is minimized. Ensure all required trainings by the bank are implemented and passed within period of time.
