Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors in the region
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and execute sales plans and initiatives to drive market penetration and customer acquisition
- Monitor and track sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 15 years of proven experience in sales leadership roles within the FMCG industry
- Strong understanding of the East Java market and its key players
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
