About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Regional Sales to lead our sales efforts in East Java. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales professionals. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors in the region
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
  • Develop and execute sales plans and initiatives to drive market penetration and customer acquisition
  • Monitor and track sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 15 years of proven experience in sales leadership roles within the FMCG industry
  • Strong understanding of the East Java market and its key players
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
