Job Description
- Creating and keep tracks of quotation, invoices, contracts, and other administration documents by directly communicating with clients and vendors
- Updating daily transaction records and assisting with payroll administration.
- Managing accounts receivable and payable, as well as expenses.
- Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting relevant financial data.
- Evaluating and optimizing financial controls and procedures.
- Resolving account discrepancies and performing account reconciliations.
- Preparing financial and transaction data for tax consultant
- Coordinating with project managers for every project's progress to forecast and schedule invoice
- Preparing relevant financial reports
- Able to identify any financial liabilities and risk analysis
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, management, or any related field
- 0-2 years experience working in finance or accounting related field
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, accounting software, invoicing systems, and accuracy in data handling
- Knowledge in accounting and taxation would be a plus
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Firm and detail oriented
- Quick and well organized
